It seems that WDS is the preferred configuration of choice for this. I'm very comfortable with a Linux environment and using the command line. However, I have almost no networking experience.
Apr 25, 2012 · I managed to flash my router (Belkin Sharemax N300) to dd-wrt and set it up as a repeater using the steps in the wiki, but I can't access the internet via the repeater. It is also broadcasting a 3rd SSID, which is the SSID I'm trying to repeat, on an unsecured connection as well.
